Lolash is fully mobile, meaning you lash appointment happens in the comfort of your own space.

We require space to set up our mobile lash bed and lighting equipment for your appointment. 

To maintain a relaxed and clean workspace, please ensure pets are kept in a separate area. 

No mascara, eyeliner or eye makeup.

Avoid oil based cleaners before your appointment. 

We also advice against drinking caffeine right before your appointment as it causes eyes to flutter/twitch.

Yes! We service Toronto to Hamilton, and surrounding GTA area. 

Travel fee may apply depending on distance.

Clean daily a soft brush to maintain retention and hygiene.

Avoid water, steam and sweating for 24hrs after your appointment.

To maintain quality & consistency, we do not work over another lash artist's work. All new clients with existing extensions will need a removal service followed by a full set. 

48hrs notice is required. Lake cancellations may result in a fee or loss of deposit.

All services are non-refundable. However, if you experience any issues, please contact us within 24hrs and we'll be happy to make adjustments if needed.
